CSTC staff and Participants of 2nd TOT course for Sierra Leone and Liberia
Last Friday, 16 trainees from Sierra Leone and Liberia successfully completed the Trainig of Trainers (TOT) course, which started on 11th February. The course is one of the major activities of "Project for Institutional Capacity Development of the Civil Service Training Centre", which has been implemented by Japan International Cooperation Agency, JICA.
In the first week of the course, participants were learned various training methods on adult learning perspective. In the second week, each participant had the opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired in the course in a trial demonstration sessions.

One of the participants expressed his determination; "I am ready to give training workshop back my country. I will sure to make greater impact than that of EL/QPI course!" As CSTC Ghana incorporates skill-focused approach to every courses and train participant to be a "change agent" in their workplace, CSTC is hoping that the each participants will perform their skills obtained during the course soon and make real positive impacts.
