Training for Public Service Institutions

From 20th to 24th May, the staff of the Hansard Department of Parliamentary Service of Ghana has participated in the Performance Improvement course at CSTC. CSTC has recently expanded the scope of its services to the public services. Public Service Institutions such as the Public Procurement Authority, The Economic and Organised Crimes Office among others are patronizing training programmes organised at CSTC.

The course report by the participants of the course was read and submitted to the Principal of CSTC. The feedback from participants were very positive.

The Editor of Debates, Mr. Abu Dahamani gave the statement to the course results. He also read the special statement for the Deputy Clark to Parliament, Mr. Robert A. Apadolla. The message emphasized on the strategic partnership with CSTC for human resource development of the parliamentary service.

The Head of Civil Service Lectured for New Recruits


Over the last weeks, CSTC hosted the induction programme for newly recruited officers in the Civil Service. Two batches of the officers attended the programme with, the Head of the Civil Service, Mr. Woeli Kemevor, the Ag. Chief Director of OHCS, Mr. Alidu Fuseini as well as other former chief directors interacting and briefing to the new recruits.

The participants expressed gratitude to the opportunity and got ready to serve the country more. These participants will in become heads of departments and Directors.

First in-plant course delivery

On May 9th to 10th 2013, the very first in-plant training course was conducted for staff of Ledzokuku-Krowor Municipal Assembly (LEKMA). The course title was "Training Needs Assessment and Performance Management". Trainers of CSTC visited LEKMA as facilitated the program.
